If you have an upcoming holiday, you can pay your holiday balance easily and securely online in the Manage My Booking area of the site. To update your passenger details, please email APIS@justyou.co.uk with the following information, no later than eight weeks before departure:

  • Name as listed on passport, including any middle names
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth
  • Occupation
  • Passport Number
  • Passport Issue Date
  • Passport Expiry Date
  • Issuing Authority: IPS/GBR/HMPO
  • Birth Country
  • Nationality
  • Insurance Provider
  • Insurance Policy Number
  • Insurance emergency contact number
  • Emergency contact
  • Relationship to passenger
  • Contact telephone number for emergency contact
