LOW DEPOSIT - available until 30th September 2021
This option will apply to new bookings only made during the promotional period with a scheduled departure date not less than 91 days from booking. Where you are offered, and you choose this option, the following terms and conditions apply in addition to, and should be read alongside the Booking Terms and Conditions. Making a Low Deposit payment shall mean you (the Lead Name on the booking) have accepted these conditions for yourself and each member of your party and that you agree to comply with them. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
The low deposit offer is for new bookings only and is not applicable on holidays using a Refund Credit Note or holidays being transferred to a later date (either holidays cancelled by Travelsphere/Just You or cancelled by yourself) If you are transferring your holiday your original deposit will be reallocated to your rearranged holiday.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE - available until 30th September 2021
21% Saving is applicable on all Holiday Insurance policies including Gold or Platinum COVID cover insurance, when it is booked directly with Holiday Extras on 0800 083 3551, quoting our ABTA number Y6412 for the 21% to be applied. Your booking with Just You does not guarantee Holiday Extras will accept to insure you and it will be subject to Holiday Extras policy and underwriting rules, If you are rejected for Holiday Extras insurance there will be no cash alternative available. It is your responsibility to meet the insurance requirements as stipulated in our standard Ts & Cs of travel.
EARLY BIRD SAVINGS - available until 31st July 2021
The savings shown apply to selected 2022 dates available on the Just You website. Limited availability on the number of discounted places available. Prices may revert to standard price without prior notice and prices may be subject to increases. This offer is for new bookings only, subject to availability and ends on 31st July 2021. This offer cannot be used for any holiday purchased prior to this promotion. Just You reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
If you find an identical package holiday offered by one of our competitors (excluding any online special offers or arrangements made by yourself rather than through a tour operator) at a lower price within 7 days of booking with us our ‘price match’ will apply. By identical, we mean another holiday which:
- Departs on the same day from the same port/airport using the same flight with the same carrier (if Flight-Inclusive).
- Visits the same destination(s).
- Has the same duration (i.e. number of nights).
- Offers the same number of included excursions.
- Features accommodation of the same category and board basis and, where applicable, the services of a Tour Manager/Local guide.
If this happens, we will refund the difference between the cost of the Flight-Inclusive package holiday that you have booked with us and the price of the identical holiday offered by our competitor. Plus, we will give you an extra £100 per person towards a future booking. Refunds will be in the form of a credit towards future travel. Applicable to new bookings only.
If you qualify for a loyalty discount, the amount will depend on spend and tour type. The new booking must be made within 12 months of your return date.
As of 1st December 2020, Protected Deposits will no longer be available, for those customers with an existing Protected Deposit you will still be able to use this for a future booking up until its expiry.
FREE PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR SERVICE (FESTIVE HOLIDAYS)
Book a Just You Flight Inclusive Festive holiday and we will include a private, air-conditioned car/MPV, with a driver for a return transfer to/from your mainland UK or Belfast departure airport at no extra cost. The offer is based on the booking from / to a residential address within a 100-mile route of a) a mainland UK departure airport or b) a Belfast departure airport (travelling from/to a residential address in Northern Ireland). Your driver will contact you 48 hours before you are due to leave, to confirm your pick-up time. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of the driver having to wait more than 15 minutes from your confirmed pick up time. If you live on the mainland UK more than a 100 mile route away from your mainland UK departure airport (or you live in Northern Ireland more than 100 mile route away from your Belfast departure airport) you can still enjoy the same service for a supplement of just £3 per car per mile for each additional mile over 100 miles on each transfer. The calculation of mileage is as determined by our supplier and the minimum mileage requirement is 10 miles.
FREE CAR PARKING (FESTIVE HOLIDAYS)
As an alternative to the Private Chauffeur Airport Transfer, book a Just You Flight Inclusive Festive holiday and subject to availability, we will arrange free long stay car parking at your mainland UK or Belfast departure airport for the duration of your holiday, one parking space per booking. The location of the car park will be as determined by our supplier, may be off airport and you may be required to take a shuttle bus from the car park to the airport terminal. Cars will be left at owner’s risk and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider. This offer applies to new bookings only and is subject to limited availability. This offer is combinable with loyalty discounts. Normal cancellation penalties apply. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR AIRPORT TRANSFERS (2021/22 HOLIDAYS)
Book a Just You flight inclusive Worldwide 2021/22 holiday and we will include a private, air-conditioned car/MPV, with a driver for a return transfer to/from your mainland UK or Belfast departure airport at no extra cost. For Just You flight inclusive European 2021/22 holidays a supplement of £50 is payable.

FREE AIRPORT LOUNGE
Book a Just You Flight-Inclusive Worldwide holiday and, subject to availability, we will arrange free airport lounge access at the start of your holiday at your mainland UK departure airport. The location of the lounge will be as determined by our supplier at your UK departure airport. Access to the lounge cannot be guaranteed in peak season and use of the lounge will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider.
BOOK TWO OR MORE TRIPS
Save an extra £50 per person when you book two or more different holidays at the same time on the same call, both 8 days or longer, for the same traveller.
This offer is combinable with other offers.
The additional £50 per person will be applied to the second and subsequent holiday(s) and will not be transferable should you cancel, unless you are re-booking on the same day. Normal cancellation penalties apply. This offer is for new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
As of 1st April 2020, Guaranteed Departures were suspended until further notice due to the Global COVID-19 Pandemic, all Terms and Conditions relating to Guaranteed Departures no longer apply.
Amend Your booking for FREE – Bookings to 30th September 2021 You can amend your booking as many times as you need up to 45 days prior to departure. If you amend your booking to an alternative holiday an additional deposit may be required depending on the holiday you transfer to. If after you have made full payment (approx. 8-12 weeks before departure) we incur non-refundable costs, for example, but not limited to, on booking restrictive tour elements, visa’s or inflexible air tickets in your name we reserve the right to recover such costs when making subsequent transfers or amendments as requested by you. These are temporary flexible cancellation term changes to standard terms and conditions and apply to all bookings made up to 30th September 2021 and for amendments and cancellations made on or before 28 February 2022 and 45 days before departure, whichever date comes first. As of 1st October 2021, normal cancellation Ts & Cs will apply to all new and transferred bookings. This penalty waiver allows you to change the destination and/or trip you are travelling on, If you choose a holiday or departure that is more expensive than the original, you are responsible for the difference in price; if the holiday or departure is less expensive than the original, we’ll refund the difference.
Protected Deposits: If you cancel your booking of a Qualifying Holiday (as defined below) greater than 45 days prior to departure, and that cancellation is not a result of non-payment or any other breach of these Terms, the deposit amount will be held with us as a “Protected Deposit”, subject to these Terms. Protected Deposits must be used within 24 months of your cancellation date and may be applied towards payment of a deposit on another Qualifying Holiday. The Protected Deposit is not transferable and may only be used by you. Not all Just You holidays are included in the Protected Deposit offer. “Qualifying Holidays” means all Just You holidays with the exception of Global Explorer, Antarctic cruises and any other holidays as specified by Just You.
For the avoidance of doubt, only the deposit amount will form part of the Protected Deposit. The Protected Deposit has no cash value. Only one Protected Deposit may be applied per person toward a Qualifying Holiday. A Protected Deposit must be applied to a new Qualifying Holiday booking that is of equal or greater value to the cancelled Qualifying Holiday for which the Protected Deposit was originally received. A Protected Deposit may not be applied to the same or similar dates of travel
Flexible Cancellation Policy - Bookings until 30th September 2021: If you have booked your holiday under the terms of the Reassurance Guarantee and you decide to cancel your holiday (due to COVID related reasons) you will be subject to our temporary flexible cancellation terms. If your holiday contains a non-refundable element, but not limited to, on booking restrictive tour elements, visa’s or inflexible air tickets, should you cancel you will be asked to pay for these. Normal penalties apply for full cancellation without rebooking or cancellations within 45 days of departure

When you are ready to book please have the following information to hand:
- Holiday reference as shown on the holiday page
- Preferred departure date
- Full names of all those travelling as stated on their passport
- How many rooms and type
- Holiday insurance requirements
- Credit or debit card details for deposit payment
You will be given a booking reference. Please quote this whenever you contact us.
If you book by telephone you will also be asked for your email address so that we can send you all the relevant documentation for your booking more efficiently. This will include your confirmation invoice, holiday information and final travel documents. You can choose how you receive your final travel documents – by post or by email. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Each booking must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit payment. In most cases we will charge the following deposit (per person) but the actual amount will be made clear at the point of booking:
UK City Break/UK Christmas Market Break - £75
European holidays - £200
Worldwide holidays - £250 or 10% whichever is the greater
Ocean Cruises - £250 or 10% whichever is the greater
On some holidays we may charge a slightly higher deposit, to cover any costs we have to pay immediately to secure your booking with our suppliers. This will be made clear at the time of booking.
You can use your debit or credit card to confirm your booking instantly.
All major credit cards are accepted and there is no charge for paying by debit card, credit card, by cheque or bank transfer.
