Holiday Assurance Guarantee. Amend Your booking for Free. This offer applies to bookings made before 30th June 2026 and travelling in 2026. You can amend as many times as you like your booking up to 75 days prior to departure without any amendment fees. The new holiday price will apply. If you amend your booking to an alternative holiday an additional deposit may be required depending on the holiday you transfer to. Should you transfer to a 2027 holiday, normal amendment charges will apply to that new holiday. This penalty waiver allows you to change the destination and/or departure date you are travelling on.

From mid-October 2025 the border process when entering and exiting Europe will begin to change. This is due to the launch of the new EU Entry / Exit system (‘EES’) - a new digital passport checking system that is being introduced in Europe. It will launch on 12 October and operate in 29 European countries. It will be introduced slowly over a period of six months, completing April 2026. If you are travelling to Europe from October 2025, you may be required to go through the new system. There is nothing you need to do in advance; the checks all take place at the European border on arrival. If you do get processed through EES, they’ll be looking for your passport details and may take fingerprints or a facial scan. You may also be directed to a kiosk / booth / terminal to answer some simple questions about your stay. EES is being introduced in phases, it won’t operate from all borders from day one, nor will it carry out all the checks. Essentially, until April 2026, it will vary from place to place in terms of what checks under EES you may need to do. When you arrive at the EU border, the border staff will direct you accordingly.
When you choose a Make Your Own Way (MYOW) holiday you will be responsible for making your own way to the first hotel on the Tour and your Tour will end at the final hotel in accordance with the timings set out in the Tour itinerary.
We will not be responsible for any services you do not book with us and your flights or transfers to/from the first and last hotels included in the Tour.
If you do not have flights arranged by us included in your holiday your booking will not be ATOL protected by Just You (G Touring Limited). Please make sure that you have read and understood the applicable parts of the Booking Conditions with regards to Financial Protection for holidays not including flights as only the arrangements booked through Just You will be financially protected by our Financial Protection Insurance.
We will not be responsible for expenses you incur or unused services in the event that your flights are cancelled or severely delayed and this impacts your ability to join or participate in the Tour.
Your flight organiser or airline should provide information on financial protection and repatriation as it relates to your flight arrangements. If they do not provide you with this please also see www.caa.co.uk/passengers for information on passenger rights.
At Just You we believe it is our responsibility to give back to the communities we travel to. Customers can make a voluntary donation of £5.00 per passenger travelling. 100% of this donation will be passed to Planeterra. This donation will be added at time of booking. All donations will be matched by Just You up to the value of £5.00 per passenger.
This can be removed until 14 days before departure, by request and you can let us know via enquiries@justyou.co.uk. Requests to remove or change donations will be refunded until this time. Requests to change or remove donations after this time cannot be made.
Minimum donation is £5.00 per booking. The donation value can be increased, please ask at time of booking or let us know via enquiries@justyou.co.uk.
If you cancel a booking, or your booking is cancelled by us, then your total donation will be refunded to you. If you would like to continue with your donation, rather than receiving a refund please do let us know at time of cancellation. Otherwise, it will be refunded to you.
