Day 2 – Montreal

Today our sightseeing starts in earnest as we discover the highlights of Montreal on a sightseeing tour. Located in the French-speaking province of Quebec, Canada’s Second-largest city was named after Mount Royal, the triple-peaked hill at its heart. It boasts a wealth of 17th-century buildings, beautiful gardens, bustling street markets and open-air cafes, with its most magnificent sight probably the iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral. An afternoon at leisure gives you the chance to explore at your own pace. Meals included: B

Day 3 – Quebec City

This morning we’ll move onto Quebec City. We’ll see highlights including the iconic Chateau Frontenac, the Cathedral-Basilica of Notre-Dame and the star shaped fortress, La Citadelle. Outside the city walls, we’ll head to the Plains of Abraham battle site, now a vast and spectacular park. To round off our tour, we’ll take in stunning views of the St Lawrence River from Dufferin Terrace, a wooden promenade that wraps around the Chateau Frontenac high above the river. This afternoon we will visit the Huron-Wendat Museum, dedicated to preserving the heritage, identity and traditions of the Huron-Wendat Nation. The evening is spent at leisure in this magical city. Day 4 – Quebec City

The choice is all yours today – you can further explore the cobbled streets of Quebec City at your leisure, or take an optional whale watching cruise from Baie-Sainte-Catherine. Located at the junction of the St Lawrence River and the Saquenay Fjord, this is a hot spot for whale-watching. The journey itself offers fantastic river views, and then chance to see whales in their natural habitat is something you’ll never forget. Meals included: B

Day 5 – Ottawa

We journey into the province of Ontario today and on to Ottawa, where we’ll stay tonight. En route we’re going to make a stop at an authentic Quebecois Sugar Shack for lunch. Originally used for the production of maple syrup, now our venue for traditional Quebec cuisine. On arrival in Ottawa, we’ll head off on a walking tour of Canada’s modern-day capital city. Highlights include Confederation Square and the grounds of Parliament Hill, home of Canda’s government. We’ll also stroll along the pedestrian mall Sparks Street, and see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which sits in front of the National War Museum. By dinnertime we’ll be in the historic ByWard Market, home to many pubs, cafes and restaurants. Meals included: B,L
Kingston

Day 6 – Kingston

This morning you will have some time to explore Ottawa at your own pace. We highly recommend a visit to Rideau Hall, the official residence and workplace of Canada’s Governor General, to view the changing of the guards which takes place each hour. Later, we’ll travel to Rockport, a town situated on the banks of the mighty St Lawrence River and gateway to the beautiful 1000 Islands. We’ll board a boat here for a cruise through the heart of the islands to discover lush landscapes dotted with luxurious cottages, vast estates and fairy tale castles. We’ll end our day in Kingston, Canada’s former capital and now an attractive waterfront city. Meals included: B
Toronto

Day 7 – Toronto

Today, we continue our journey to Toronto and on arrival we will get our bearings on a sightseeing tour, landmarks include the Parliament Building, City Hall and the Roger’s Center Stadium, which is home to the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. Later with free time to explore Toronto, you may decide to take in spectacular panoramic views of the city from the top of the CN Tower, or why not spend time strolling through the Old Town, with its great markets. There’s also beautiful beaches on Lake Ontario’s shores, a zoo and the largest aquarium in the country. Meals included: B
Niagara Falls

Day 8 – Niagara Falls

Today is the day you get to experience one of Canada’s most iconic natural wonders, the awesome Niagara Falls. Consisting of three waterfalls – Horseshoe Falls, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls – they are a breathtaking sight and how you view them is up to you. The thrill of flying overhead in an optional helicopter ride is hard to beat. Another option is a cruise on Niagara River, which will get you really close to the thundering waters. Meals included: B

Today, you’re heading west to the Rocky Mountains. We’ll fly to Calgary and then continue our journey by road. We’re heading to the vibrant town of Banff which nestles high in the mountains. Meals included: B

We’ll tour Banff National Park today, where snow-covered mountains, crystal clear lakes, sparkling streams and swathes of forest are just some of the highlights. We’re heading to Lake Louise today. Set high in the mountains, this beautiful glacial jade-green lake is surrounded on all sides by towering peaks – is often described as the most beautiful place in Canada. Okanagan Valley

Day 12 – Okanagan Valley

Today we’re taking to the road and heading through the Rockies via Revelstoke and the dramatic interior of British Columbia to the Kelowna area in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery that we pass through on this thrilling journey. Meals included: B
Vancouver

Day 13 – Vancouver

Before we leave the Okanagan Valley we will head to a local winery where we can sample some of the award winning wine whilst taking in panoramic views of the estate vineyard. As we make our way across British Columbia we’ll pass mountains, lakes, valleys and forests, keep an eye out for wildlife too. We’re heading to Vancouver, where we’ll stay for two nights. Set amongst spectacular natural scenery, the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver is surrounded by coastal waters, lush green forests and majestic snow-capped mountains. A sightseeing tour will introduce you to its many highlights including the historic Gastown district, bustling Chinatown and Stanley Park, one of the world's biggest and best urban parks. Today we’ll drive through stunning scenery on the Sea-to-Sky Highway and make our way to the mountain resort of Whistler. Along the way, we'll visit Shannon Falls, rising 335m high, the falls are an incredible sight. Meals included: B

Take the opportunity to visit Vancouver’s oldest tourist attraction - the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The bridge stretches 450ft across and 230ft above Capilano River. Cross to the other side and there’s an eco-friendly walk in the treetops waiting for you to conquer. There is also a spectacular cliff side walk, looking down onto the Capilano River as you wind your way through the rain forest, as well as the full history and photos on display.

When you book a holiday, you will be asked to pay a deposit, this will be made clear at the time of booking. In most cases we will charge the following deposit amount;

If you decide to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us (or your travel agent) in writing, as soon as possible. Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below.
