Caring Airport Team
Our Airport Representatives at your main departure airport will help you through the check-in procedure. We’ve arranged free use of an executive lounge for you on our long-haul holidays so you can relax in comfortable surroundings and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks while socialising with the group before flying out. Your Tour Manager will welcome you on arrival.

Your holiday
What is the average age of people travelling on a Just You holiday?
Our Just You customers frequently tell us how they love the age range on our tours being so diverse. You could just as easily be travelling with a mature 30-year-old, as a 70-something who proves to be the life and soul of the party.
How big a group will I be in?
Group size on Just You holidays is usually between 20 and 30 people.
What is the ratio of men to women?
We do not manage the proportion of women to men on our holidays. The ratio varies, but is usually around three women to each man.
Is Just You a dating agency?
One thing Just You certainly is not is a dating agency. Our holidays are about single travellers enjoying holidays to worldwide destinations with like-minded people. In fact, we know that over 20% of Just You customers are either married or in a stable relationship, but for various reasons choose to go on holiday by themselves.
Will I be left on my own?
Only if you choose to be. All excursions are organised as a group and you and your holiday companions can eat together. A Tour Manager accompanies all Just You holidays to arrange meals together, offer advice and answer any questions. Of course there will be plenty of time and space alone whenever you want it.
When will I meet my Tour Manager?
Your Just You Tour Manager will generally meet you at check-in. If not, he or she will meet you at the airport when you reach your destination.
I have never travelled on my own before
Don't worry, 84% of our single clients have never booked with Just You before so you'll be amongst people with something in common. But don't just take our word for it - take a look at our message board and see what our customers have to say.
Why are there fewer holidays in July & August?
This is due to the higher costs of accommodation in the peak summer months. Due to high demand for holidays at this time, however, we are making more holidays available at these times.
Executive Airport Lounges
If you are travelling on a Long Haul holiday or to North America, you can relax and enjoy the comfortable surroundings and refreshments of an Executive Airport Lounge and get to know your fellow travellers before you depart. This very special facility for Just You clients is completely free.
Discovery Weekends
If you don't wish to travel so far on your own, why not opt for one of our great value Discovery Weekends. Accommodation
When will the hotel details be confirmed?
Details will be included in your final travel details issued approximately 10 days prior to departure.
Do you charge a single room supplement?
No. Our prices are based on sole occupancy with no single supplement.
What if I want to share - do I save money?
As a rule we do not offer a saving if you wish to share a room.
Can two people travel together?
Although the vast majority of our customers travel alone, some people who have recently become single and are not ready to go alone do travel with a friend.

Making a booking
How can I book a holiday?
You can now reserve your holiday on-line and then make your payment over the phone. Simply book on-line to receive your reference number and quote this when calling our Holiday Advisors on 0870 252 8080.
If you do not contact us within 48hrs, your booking will automatically expire. If you have any further queries, please call 0870 252 8080.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
If booking a holiday on-line, you will receive a note of confirmation and be allocated a booking reference number at the end of the procedure. Please print the page or write down the booking reference number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming the details of your booking. Further confirmation will be posted to you approximately 14 days later.

When will I receive the excursion information?
This will be included in our information pack which you will receive 7 weeks before departure.

Special Request
Special requests we are able to accept
Meals on flights, low floor accommodation and adjacent rooms in hotels. Although we will do our best to comply, we cannot guarantee that your special request will be met but we will certainly pass them onto our supplier.
Special requests we are unable to accept
Aeroplane leg room (this should be requested at check-in), hotel room allocations and special diets other than vegetarian.
What do I do if I forgot to include a special request when I booked my holiday?
If you realise before receiving your confirmation invoice contact us by either e-mailing telesales@justyou.co.uk or telephone 0870 252 8080 quoting your booking reference number. Travel Information
How are coach seats allocated?
On European holidays, seats are allocated according to the date your booking form is received starting from the front of the coach. You will be advised of your seat number in your final holiday details. For Far Away Places and USA holidays, we operate a rotational seating system.
How do I order a National Express ticket?
Check with National Express that a service is operating on your required route and date by either phoning them on 08705 808080 or visiting their website: www.nationalexpress.com. Then call us on 0870 252 8111 for further details.
When will I receive National Express details?
Approximately 7 weeks prior to departure.
Can I pre-book my seats on the aircraft?
Seats cannot be pre-booked but we can request an aisle seat or window seat. We cannot guarantee your request will be met by the airline.
When are flight times confirmed?
If you contact our Customer Services approximately 4 - 6 weeks before the departure date, we should be able to confirm flight times.
Will a representative be at the departure airport?
Yes, one of our Airport Representatives will be at the airport to help, usually at the check-in desk.
How do I get to the airport?
Just You customers make their own way to the airport. You can also book a private car hire service or reduced price National Express coach tickets through us. See the Travel Details page for more details.

Payment, deposit & tickets
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit/charge card when you book. We accept Mastercard*, American Express*, Visa*, Switch, and Delta. (*Please note a 2% handling fee will be charged on any balance payments made by credit/charge card.)





Cheques should be made payable to Just You with your booking reference number printed on the reverse.
How can I pay the balance of my holiday?

When do I have to pay for my holiday in full?
The balance is required no later than 6 weeks before departure for all holidays in Britain and European coach holidays and 8 weeks before departure for all holidays involving air travel. If you are due to travel within 6 or 8 weeks of making the booking, payment is required in full when you book your holiday.
Will you send me a reminder when I have to pay the balance?
We do not issue reminders for the balance. Your holiday confirmation serves as your final invoice.
When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets and final travel details will be issued approximately 10 days prior to departure.

Insurance
Why opt for Just You insurance?
Our offices are manned 24 hours a day, every day of the year which means that our personnel can make decisions immediately to sort out your problem. In addition, a direct-dial number is available which will connect you to an international assistance organisation that can provide expert advice and guidance.
If you are insured with another company, they may not be manned overnight or at weekends and we cannot arrange any treatment or assistance until you have contacted their emergency number and we have been authorised by them.

Can I cancel my holiday?
Yes you can. Please advise us by telephone immediately. If you cancel you will be liable to pay cancellation fees detailed in our Booking Conditions.
