DAY 1 - UK/Toronto
Meet your travelling companions in the executive lounge prior to your scheduled flight to Toronto. On arrival transfer to your hotel for a three night stay. Welcome drink this evening.
DAY 2 - Niagara Falls
Our sightseeing tour today takes in the famous landmarks of the city then heads south through beautiful vineyards to Niagara Falls. The falls are divided into two parts, the Canadian and the American. The Canadian Falls are larger at 180ft high, with a crest of 2,200ft forming a horseshoe-shaped curve. Hundreds of thousands of gallons of water cascade over the vast rim of the Horseshoe Falls every second, and the power of the water is astonishing - although not half as astonishing as the antics of the many showmen and women who have gone over the falls in barrels over the years! A much better way to enjoy the scene is from the observation decks on the Canadian side of the border, and even from that safe distance you can still feel the mist on your face and the force of the water as it crashes into the lake below.
DAY 3 - Toronto
Today is free for you to enjoy the wide range of attractions on offer in Toronto. This city is Canada’s commercial and cultural centre, and a city of contrasting modern and Victorian architecture. It’s home to lots of great sights including the Rogers Centre, formerly known as the Sky Dome, the City Hall and Parliament Building. Visit some of the city’s world-class museums and art galleries and the Eaton Centre, just ten minutes’ walk from your hotel, where you’ll find superb shopping. For a unique view of Toronto’s memorable skyline, head for the observation floor of the CN Tower. It’s possible to gaze out across the calm waters of Lake Ontario and the city, of course, but bolder visitors can test their nerve by walking across the reinforced glass floor, 1,136 ft up. The truly fearless can be whisked to the top by the latest thrilling addition: a glass-floored elevator. Enjoy a farewell get-together this evening.
