Hi Christine.
I am doing the China holiday in September. I am not sure about the weather but I think it will be fairly warm. I am doing the pre holiday get together, as this all make part of the holiday. I will be taking about £200 in chinese currency and the rest in English money. By the way I am 62. Carol Fletcher |

Hi Carol
I was a little confused to read that you are taking £200 chinese currency I sent an e-mail to the editor Cheryl re currency for China and you may like to read her reply under the heading "Currency for China" dated 24/5/07 she also gave more info re weather. Unfortunately I am not going to be at the pre holiday get together but I am sure we will meet at the airport. This is going to be a great experience, by the way I am 61, today infact. Bye for now Chrissie |
