Uploading photos

Hello, I am having great difficulty trying to upload photos to the Just You site.
I have logged in, made sure my account includes trips that I have done but when I get to the 'create your own album' page it is all 'greyed out' and will not allow me to proceed any further.
Please advise what I am doing wrong.
