SAFARI SEPT 2010
I am going on the Safari tour next year, from reading on the boards I gather that most people have injections for this area of travel. I know it is a long way off, but can you tell me what you have had done, and how long before you go you have to have them ? as I know the brochure says on any of the holidays you dont have to have injections, so is it left to you to decide ? By the way I HATE INJECTIONS...

SAFARI SEPT 2010
Hi Cindy,
I'm not too keen on injections either. We do recommend that you consult your doctor around 3 months before travelling and they can arrange any vaccinations that you may need. The NHS also has a very useful website which you can get to by pasting this link into your browser: http://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/ This will tell you what vaccinations you will need, if any. Kind regards, Andy, your editor |
