Dear Editor

I am booked on the Vancouver, Rockies trip leaving Heathrow, Terminal 5 on the 9th Sepember. Could you please tell me if there will be a rep in the airport for me to liaise with before departure. I ma nervous as this is my first trip with Just You. I will need some hand holding. Thank you for any help you can give

Good morning Jenny,

Thanks very much for getting in touch and I'm happy to answer as many questions as you may have between now and going.

Your Tour Manager is super chap called Ian Magnall, he will be travelling out and back with you all. He will be at the check in desk 3 hours before departure.

I hope this puts your mind at rest, I can assure there's no need to be nervous though, you will be well looked after by Just You and customers alike
