I left a message on the message board asking if anyone had been on this holiday and I received a reply from someone who was obviously very disgruntled about the hotel and the tour manager. He or she obviously didn't enjoy the holiday - any comments to make me feel better?!!

Hi Hazel
I'm sorry that you were given negative feedback about that hotel but I hope you won't let one person's opinion put you off.
When we work with a hotel (or tour manager) we we do so with the confidence that the vast majority of our customers will be more than happy with the standard of service provided. Of course, everyone has their own opinion about these things - it's all part of the fun and experience of travelling.
I had a look through the Community for another opinion and found this one:
"I thought that the Ramada hotel was very nice (it's quite new) - the only downside of it is the location, there's nothing much nearby. If you go on all the trips though you won't have much time to explore anyway, and you can always use the shuttle bus to go further afield."

They both seem to think it's rather quiet around the hotel but I hope you'll agree it's a very different opinion!

i really enjoyed my trip to lake garda. the tour manager, sarah, was very helpfull and knew the area well.
