Hello. I am booked on this trip and plan to travel down to Heathrow on 06/10/10 to stay overnight before flight out on 07/10/10. I know you no longer do pre-tour get togethers but if I ring your helpline will they be able recommend a hotel at the airport or indeed help me to book one?

Another way to do this is by calling our holiday advisors on 0844 567 8844 but it's easier to see what's available online. You might also like to publish another message once you have booked a room, so that other people on your trip can join you at the same hotel.
