CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Hi Ben
I rang Just You on Thursday 12 July to book a holiday to America's National Parks & Canyons on 11 September 2012 and was told that the holiday was still available. I gave my credit card details but the booking could not be confirmed as the airline had to be contacted to see if there were still seats available and I would be called back within 3-5 days. I realise that this was a fairly late booking but I have not heard anything yet and wondered why the booking now takes so long. I have travelled with Just You to America for the past 11 years making some equally late bookings and this has never taken so long before.

The phone number I called was 0844 567 8838 but was told if I had a query to call back on 0844 567 3318.

Could you please look into the matter for me. The reference I was given was A252300

Many of our bookings at the minute are closer to departure than they have been historically, I think this is just the way the market has gone, as a consequence I think the late sales team are very busy, but I have asked a member of staff to contact you as a matter of urgency,
