Discovery weekend Bournemouth

I have booked to do the Bournemouth Discovery Weekend on 5th October. I know I will get a full itinery nearer the time but as I need to arrrange transport wondered if anyone could give me a rough idea of the timing for the welcome meeting and the finish time on sunday

Your Tour Manager will be in the reception of the hotel from 2pm till around 6pm to help with check in, then welcome drinks commence from 7pm.

Check out on the Sunday is between 11am and 12pm,
