tour manager for Kenya 6th june
Hi Barbara
Can you confirm that you will be with us on our trip to Kenya as I thought all of the trips would have someone from Justyou with us all the time and I thought you were that person.
I need help as I cannot do all the things that are on the programme and need advice as to what to do and where to go.
Please confirm that you will be there to guide us through all the different stages of the holiday as I am getting more anxious by the day and not looking forward to the holiday at all at the moment as I am too worried about things going wrong right from meeting up at Heathrow.
Thanks Sue Southampton

Its me again ..is this the Kenyan Safari Tour.. If so I did this a few years ago, at the 1st hotel it is all very easy, basically just go on the game drives or sit and relax eat and drink and chat or go to the pool in spare time. Then 2nd hotel..is very nice to chill out at, there is a place on complex for treatments massage nails pedicure that type of thing at a fraction of what you pay in ENgland ,so use that. Very nice pool to laze by, and a few trips out where you with a somak rep or JY rep. I did the add on and just chilled out and relaxed a great time and great holiday. If I can help with anything just ask..

Hi Sue, we had Barbara as our tour manager on the Spirit of India in March and she was absolutely excellent in every way. She does a lot of tours, so she may be away on one at the moment. She is very well organised and gave us a factsheet when we met at the airport. I am sure she will meet you at check in, or at the gate if you are travelling from a connecting flight. Try not to worry, she will answer all your questions and will help you to get the most out of your holiday and I am sure she will help you with alternatives to the tour programme if there are any parts you might not be able to do. If you need an answer to any specific question before you fly and don't get an answer from Barbara over the next few days, I suggest you ring JY directly and I am sure they will be able to help you out. Don't let anything put you off enjoying your holiday and I am sure you will have a wonderful time!
Best wishes,
Bob

Hi Sue

Don't worry too much. Everyone has first time jitters. "Just You" will look after you that is what you are paying them for - to take the hassle out of your holiday. I have been on two trips with Just You - Pyramids and Nile Cruise and to Northern Cyprus. On both trips the tour guides have been top class. I am off to Kusasdasi in September ages range from late 20's to mid 80's. So should be fun.
Cindy I have seen your excellent vid and your welcoming posts. Are you an employee of Just You?!

Your comment made me laugh in a good way, NO I AM NOT an employee of JY. I through being on the community boards and answering all sorts of interesting questions when I can, have been lucky enough to have been asked to attend a local hotel for a JY information evening for new people to give a real travellers view of things which was very interesting, for me and I think the public who attended felt it was worth me being there as it is one thing for rep's to bang on about a company but I could say how I feel about JY wort's and all. Then late last year I was invited up to London to be interviewed for the video link on here and I have been in print in many magazines with this interview. Which I think JY feel has gone down well with everyone. I was very happy to do this and very happy with the outcome in the media.

So from posting on here it can lead you anywhere.

Enjoy your travel's, I am looking forward to my next tour which won't be till late 2013 I feel, grandchildren and my children seem to be draining me this year!!.
