Advice on UK short breaks

Hiya,
My name is Sarah and a colleague has recommended Just You to me. I'm single, 40 and recently divorced. I have lots of friends but the vast majority are coupled up so trips away can be limited. I would like to try a short break to see if I like the format of Just You and find out if it would suit me. I'm outgoing, fun, and like to meet new people. I think I am looking for a bit of reassurance that this type of holiday would work for me? I gather the people would go on Just You hols are a bit older than me (as most people my age are coupled up I understand that!) The hol / break am looking at is the w.e. in Bournemouth in October.....

Any comments/ideas for me would be much appreciated.
