vancouver and rockie mountains

Im booked onto the vancouver and rocky mountain hol in May. I thought we flew out to Calgary as shown on the website but the details I have received when booking show we fly to Vancouver . I believe the first night we stay in Banff which is no where near Vancouver.

Hello sali, I have passed this information on to our booking and aviation departments to get clarification on the situation. It does seem unusual, and it is likely to just be an error in your booking that we will easily be able to rectify. I have checked the flights for this holiday, and checked the bookings of the other passengers, and you should definetly be flying to Calgary. I think it is just an error. I shall keep you updated in addressing this problem.

i have booked this holidays and not got my tickets yet i go on may 13th when i am likely to get my tickets

You should get your final details and tickets around two weeks before departure. If you don't receive this information by the first May bank holiday, let me know your booking reference and I will look into it for you.
