Good Morning!Well, with the Christmas Just You season just around the corner, I would like to introduce myself - I'm Richard, your tour manager for this delightful trip. This will be the fourth Christmas, and let's hope for snow like we had last year.
If you have any queries about clothing, temperature, weather, what to expect or the journey through the four countries (or anything else) drop me a line, and I will do my best to answer. Otherwise looking forward to meeting YOU ALL for a wonderful Christmas in the Dolomites.

So you are doing this trip again this year. Perhaps you remember me from last year. I know you will all have a great time if it is anything like last year. I am booked on the Festive Germany trip this year, with Erica as our tour manager. I hope she has booked the snow for us as we will expect nothing less. So have a great time. Perhaps we will meet again on another JY trip in the future.

Hi Lesley, naturally I remember most of the JY guests, maybe we will meet in Dover!!.

Good morning Debbie,
Good to hear from you!, and its natural to be a bit nervous travelling, but that will soon melt away when you meet the other guests.
Unfortunately I am the Tour manager for the Dolomites Christmas tour in Molveno, Northern Italy, and the Tour you Have chosen includes Croatia. Never the less I am sure your tour manager will put you at ease.

I should have read the title better! sorry, so do you know who the tour manager for Dolomites & Croatia will be by any chance? not that it matters, as I wouldn't know who they were anyway ;-)
