Andalucia
I will be going to Andalucia 10th May and am wondering (a) who is my tour Manager (b) who will be on my trip, and © how much spending money I should take with me.

RE: Andalucia
Hi Margaret
Your tour manager will be Mark Harbige and so far 23 people have booked this holiday.
It's always hard to say how much money you will need as some people like to spend a lot and others prefer a lower budget. You will need to buy six lunches and any drinks, and you will also need money for tips and any souvenirs or presents you want to buy. There is one excursion you can pay for in resort (to Gibraltar; the Alhambra excursion can only be pre-booked).
Personally I would take about £200 but remember you can also withdraw cash from ATMs if you need more - just remember to let your bank know about your holiday plans.
Kind regards,
Olly, your editor

Hola!
Thanks Olly, I found your reply most helpful. This is my first holiday alone and I am quite excited, if a little apprehensive.
Kind regards, Margaret

Margaret

If you are doing the Treasures of Andalucia is an excellent holiday. I did this holiday in February and the hotel Hacienda Puerto del Sol do not take cash. You charge it all to your room. Same sort of system as on a cruise. Prices were very reasonable for a 4 star hotel and you settle the bill using card or cash, on the last evening. On your excursions, you can get away with spending just a few euros on lunches. Depending on how much you spend on souvenirs, I would say that Olly is spot on when he says £200.
Have a great time.

Peter

Many thanks Peter, I am really looking forward to this holiday. Reassurance from other travellers certainly gives me more confidence. I have never been to this area before, but I am sure it will be the first of many Just You holidays. Regards, Margaret
