Discovery Weekend - Dunkenhalgh

Hi,

New to the site, to JY holidays and keen to travel.

Ahead of taking the plunge and booking a long haul holiday I was thinking of trying a discovery weekend. Anyone booked on the one at the Dunkenhalgh in April, new or seasoned traveller?

I am trying to arrange the time to go to the April Dunkenhalgh discovery weekend in April. I, like you are new and planning to do a long haul holiday to Vietnam.

It should be an interesting and informative weekend talking with other likeminded travellers, quite looking forward to it.

Hi, I was booked on tha April Dunkenhalgh weekend but it has now been cancelled as there was not enough take up. Looking to book something else. Not sure when though as I had that weekend off. Hear that the Hinkley Island and Meon Valley are good places to try

Hi Caz,

In the same position looking for an alternative in the North. Leeds looking favourable, some good reviews too.

Booked the Leeds weekend in May, maybe see you there.
Working on the time off as i'm moving department at work so fingers crossed.

I too was booked for dunkenhalgh have now been booked onto leeds in May. Not very happy cos dont usually drive that far alone, oh well new adventures.
