First time travelling alone - travelling to Bulgaria in June

This is my first singles holiday and I have chosen the Bulgarian Black Sea Riveria trip in June (to fit around work commitments). Slightly nervous about my first time but overall looking forward to my holiday!

If anyone has any helpful hints/advice of any kind, I'd like to hear!

Thinking of trying Bulgaria but probably May, nothing cast in stone yet.

Hi Sammy,

I went to Bulgaria last year and we all had a lovely time. The weather was lovely, the rooms and hotel in general was nice. Food was sometimes a bit luke warm but it didn't really matter everyone got on and had a good time. Just a word of warning if you like to have a drink go to the bar about 22.40 and order a few as the bar closes at 23.00pm.

Hi Sammy, i too am going to Bulgaria in June from Gatwick. It will be about my 15th JY holiday, so i am sure that we will have a lovely time,just remember that everyone is there to have a lovely holiday.

Could any previous travellers to Bulgaria say whether the airline provides a meal or is it best to take sandwiches on board.
