Hi Ray This will be my 8th JY holiday,I have just bought the Azores book and it sounds and looks really lovely....unspoilt,peaceful,relaxing (No discos or lager louts)and apparently lovely views from the hotel.Don't worry, I am sure you will have a great time. I enjoy going to unusual destinations and I have done my groundwork, really looking forward to going.... We will have a laugh whatever happens. Everyone normally does when I'm around! Yea looking forward to going somewhere different and realy want to see if we can go Whale & Dolphin spotting as this is supposed to be an ideal place to do this!

Rosemary,Thanks yes the tickets did turn up on Friday. Can't wait now till next Tuesday.
As a seasoned JY traveller, is there a general meeting place @ Gatwick South Terminal where people meet prior to the flight! See you on Tuesday |

Sometimes our rep is there when we are checking in,but otherwise he/she will be in departures ticking our names off the list presumably. Well being there is only 2 of us that won't take long (Joke).See you Tuesday Take care and Regards Rosemary

Hi Ray
The thing is everyone probably arrives at different times,some stay overnight at hotels near airport and all get to know each other before we depart.Just check in don't worry and you will soon meet everyone in the departure lounge.You will wonder whatever was you worried about once everyone is introduced and it's great making all new friends.Bye for now Rosemary |
