Hi Stephanie I am also a senior and have not yet been on any JY holidays but I have booked for the New Year at Hinckley, to try it out but reading all the reviews it all sounds very positive, hopefully next year I will go further afield. I have already put on New year 2011 and had lots of replies from other newbies so at least I know I won't be the only new person there. I am really looking forward to the new year now it has to be better than being on your own new years eve. Hope you find somewhere to go and have a happy new year where ever you choose Annabella

Stephanie

Welcome to you. I do not do the New Year breaks, but I would say if your thinking of it to BOOK IT as I know they are very popular and get booked up very fast... I wish you well I know you will have a good time.

Hi, I am doing Swindon on my own for New Year. I did first one with JY in the summer to Antigua in Summer and loved it. Go for it.Big Grin

Hi Nannygoat I am also off to Swindon for New Year - I'll be coming from Wales. Just booked two JY's holidays for next year too.

Hello Stephanie

I went to Iceland for last new year which was super. There wasn't too much snow as it was all in the UK! If you don't mind the lack of daylight it is worth a visit. The new year's eve fireworks are spectacular.

I'm off to the Italian Dolomites and Croatia this year for Christmas and New Year. Don't spend too much time thinking about it, just book something.

Sylvia
