Tuscany Sept 1st '11 - Uffizi Question for Jonathan Clark

Hi there,
After speaking to Olly in one of the other forums he suggested to get in touch with my tour leader for the Tuscany Highlights trip on the 1st Sept 2011. Whom is Jonathan Clark.

I am wanting to visit the Uffizi Gallery at some point during the Florence excursion. Olly said that this is likely to take place during day 6 and that I can reserve tickets in advance online to avoid long queues, and to do this maybe for the early afternoon. However, he said that this could be subject to change and it may result in me losing my money if the day/times change. He suggested that it may be best to reserve tickets when I actually get to Italy after speaking to yourself and finialising times etc. Then maybe you can help with me reserving the tickets etc, as the internet will be Italian and it may be difficult to navigate through the website etc, I may also need a printer.

So basically, if you are pretty confident in dates and times that we will be in Florence. I could maybe save myself the hassle for when I get there, and reserve them in advance. Otherwise, I'm asking for your help with this when I get there. Would that be okay?
