Hi Carol,

I have posted before about meeting at the hotel but think it's got pushed way back because of new posts. I'm happy to meet at the hotel. I presume there is a bar we can meet in, say about 7pm and perhaps have dinner if you like.
Will attach my Just You label to my handbag to make it a bit easier to spot me!

sorry, getting in a real mess here, actually wanted to ask if anyone can tell me how long after booking do you receive the itiniery, as i need to get trains to heathrow sorted. not a very exciting question, i know, but i'm new to all this! i'm hoping to do the golden west tour, though just having slight reservations at the moment!

After booking you will get your confirmation a week or so after and this has details of your flights etc, so you should be able to sort out your transport to Heathrow then. I went on the Golden West tour last year in September and it was awesome, I really enjoyed it, it was my first JY holiday and I was really glad I booked it. You should just go for it you will have a great time!!

just did Golden West tour and can completely recommend it! It was fantastic from start to finish, one highlight after another and a brilliant tour leader. Go for it, u won't regret it!
