I am doing this holiday as my first trip with you,so I am at the getting a bit nervous stage that everyone seems to go through. Could you please give me some idea about the longer walks,and the need for good boots.I long to do everything but I am not so good with sheer drops and precarious mountain paths. I am 63 female who is fairly fit,no health problems,but not a regular serious walker.
