Hi Olly,just received a refund of £15 due to the closure of the exec lounge in terminal 4.
Can you please advise if there is an alternative meeting place for JY passengers.

There isn't an official rendezvous point but I'm sure your tour manager / airport rep will be able to suggest a good restaurant, bar or coffee shop to meet at once you have passed through the scanners.
Failing that, look out for the distinctive Just You luggage tags - I'm sure your fellow passengers will be pleased to say hello.

Hi Mary!
I did this trip last September it was amazing ... dont worry about meeting fellow travellers at the airport ...everyone going looks for others with a JY luggae tag and very quickly the group comes together ... I am sure you will have a Fab time.....enjoy !!!

Just received e tickets from you today,with reference to flights states meals refer to airline website,well I've looked and can't find anything for economy ,can you please confirm if we get an included meal or have to pay extra?

Yes, as it is a long-haul flight you will be provided with meals, you wont have to pay extra for this. Hope you have a lovely time.
