It's reassuring to know that you aren't the only one feeling nervous - and the Just You Community on our website is a fantastic way to make your holiday experience even better. Before your trip, you can use the Community to ask for advice from people who've been to your destination before, find out who's going this time, and post questions for your helpful editor, Olly. After your trip, you can contact new friends, share your tips, write testimonials and upload your photos.

At the airport

Arriving at the airport can be stressful, so we make sure that when you arrive you'll be met by your tour manager or one of our friendly reps, who will help you check in your bags and answer any questions you might have.

Complimentary airport lounge pass

When you take one of our long-haul holidays you'll be able to relax in comfort, help yourself to refreshments and get to know your fellow travellers in the airport lounge, if one is available.

Emergency 24-hour hotline

You're unlikely to have any problems while you are away but, if you do, it's good to know that help is just a phone call away. We're one of the few tour operators that have people on hand 24 hours a day. If the unexpected happens, we won't let you down. During the volcanic ash crisis, many holidaymakers who booked their own flights and hotels independently were left stranded, while we found alternative routes by rail, coach and even sea to bring our customers home. Our Tour Managers and Holiday Advisors kept everyone up to date while we arranged extra hotel nights and meals at no extra cost.
