Flexible Meal Arrangement

We are delighted to offer you a flexible meal arrangement. During your seven night stay enjoy five nights’ half board accommodation at your hotel. On two nights you are free to have dinner in a local restaurant of your choice (extra cost) so you can join the locals and experience the atmosphere of Bugibba by night. Your Tour Manager will help make arrangements for those wishing to dine together on the free evenings.

Your Accommodation

You will stay in the popular San Antonio Hotel & Spa, centrally situated in the resort of Bugibba, just a short walk from the seafront and promenade. Amenities include lift, three bars, two lounges, restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop and sun terraces. Leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, health and fitness centre and nightclub (high season only). Bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature air-conditioning, private facilities, satellite TV, hairdryer, telephone and minibar. Meals are buffet style with a good choice.

Your Itinerary

Day 1 UK/Malta
Meet your travelling companions at the airport and depart on your scheduled flight to Malta. On arrival transfer to your hotel at Bugibba for a seven night stay. In the evening enjoy a welcome drink and dinner. Meals: D

Days 2 to 7 Bugibba
Free to relax and enjoy our included excursions as follows: Meals: 4 days B/D. 2 days B
Valletta and Malta Experience - A half day tour to the capital of Malta. Valletta is home to one of the world’s finest harbours, along with some excellent shops, bustling markets and great restaurants. This city features some wonderful sights, such as the Cathedral of St. John and the Grand Master’s Palace.

Blue Grotto and Tarxien Temples - A full day excursion to view these unique underwater caves, carved out by the sea over thousands of years, plus visit the ancient temples of Tarxien.

The Three Cities including the Fort Rinella Re-Enactment Show - This half day tour includes a visit to the richly decorated baroque Church of St Lawrence and the Maritime museum, plus you can enjoy the views of the Grand Harbour and its fortifications from Fort Rinella. We then enjoy a fascinating display of Maltese defenses at the fort Rinella reenactment show.

The following excursions are optional:
Harbour Cruise - A half day cruise around the impressive ports of Marsamxett and the beautiful Valletta Grand Harbour plus shopping time in Sliema.

Mdina - A full day excursion visiting ancient Mdina, the ‘Silent City’. This enchanting medieval settlement is the former capital of Malta and home to the noble families of the island, as well as the impressive Cathedral of St. Paul.

Gozo - Full day trip to Malta’s fascinating sister island. After a short ferry trip you’ll visit the main sights, including the Azure Window at Dwerja, Xlendi Bay and the Citadel at Victoria.

On the final evening enjoy a farewell get-together.

Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK. Meals: B
