Prague Old Town & Vltara River Cruise
Join a morning sightseeing tour in the company of an experienced city guide. In the Staré Mesto, or Old Town, you will see Wenceslas Square, a vibrant area from where you can reach all the city’s other sites and attractions easily. From here, go to the Old Town Hall, with its famous Astronomical Clock, which has been parading its medieval saint statuettes from 8am to 8pm almost non-stop since 1490, and the 13th century Charles Bridge, perhaps the city’s most familiar monument.
Then head down to Vltava River cutting through the centre of Prague. Board your two hour cruise, where you will be shown the city from a new perspective. A buffet lunch will be provided on board to the sound of a local musician before your guide gives you more information about the historical past of the city.
Prague Castle
We take you on a guided walking tour of this imposing castle, including entrances to the Royal Palace and St. Vitus Cathedral. The castle is one of the most popular sites, located on top of a hill overlooking the city. Walk back down at your own pace to Prague’s Old Town via the castle walls and Golden Lane, which dates back to the 15th century and is lined by 11 historic houses. This evening enjoy a farewell get-together with your travelling companions.
Day 4: Prague/UK
It’s time to bid farewell to Prague as you transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
