Customer support
Thinking ahead
Our comprehensive holiday insurance package is provided for us by leading experts Holiday Extras and underwritten by Mapfre Assistance. This great policy offers a very high level of cover for your holiday. Excellent value for money and total peace of mind – that really is a great deal!
Page & Moy act as an Appointed Representative of Holidays Extras Travel Insurance who are authorised and regulated by the financial services authority.
Whilst we believe that our policies represent a perfect balance between premium costs and the high level of cover provided, we do not insist that customers take out our insurance. However it is a condition of booking that you have adequate insurance if you are travelling outside the UK.
In accordance with the ‘General Business Code of Practice’ we are pleased to show opposite the most important features of our policy. Full information will be sent with your policy document. You then have a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period. During that time you may return the documents and have a full refund of your premiums if you are dissatisfied with the cover it provides.
Just compare our policy – our small print’s worth reading!
- Check headline rates carefully against prices quoted
- Beware low ‘lead-in’ prices which are not widely available
- Compare cover item by item
- Check medical cover especially carefully
- Take extra care with medical cover when visiting expensive areas such as America
- Watch out for premiums, which are only cheaper because of a high excess
- High excess means that many of your claims would be excluded anyway!
If you are insured with us:
- You can phone our emergency number from anywhere in the world
- Our offices are manned 24 hours a day, every day
- Our staff are in a better position to provide assistance
- We provide a direct-dial number, which will connect you to an organisation who will provide expert advice and guidance
- We can provide you with support for your claim and help your negotiations with the insurance company
