In the event of an emergency, you can call us 24 hours a day. You can find the number of our 24-hour duty office in the front cover of your ticket wallet. Calls to this number should only be made in a genuine emergency - this is not a general information service. In all other cases, please call 0844 567 8844 during normal office hours.
